Farmers Insurance - Mark Boutros

I liked the broker Mark that was there to help with choosing the best options. I have insured my two cars and home. Very fast and with great deals. Definitely recommend him to help choose what the person wants

For over 25 years I have worked very close with Mark as our insurance broker. Prior to Mark i have had other insurance representatives that are in no comparison to him. What I appreciate about Mark’s business is that he is very prompt in returning my calls, very competitive with pricing, and always has a professional demeanor when answering any of my questions. I’m truly happy I found an a insurance broker that represents me when ever I’m in need. He is highly recommended to all my friends and family as well as others. I highly recommend him!

I am very new to insurance. I used to have Wawanesa and recently moved over to Farmers Insurance working very closely with Mark. He has helped me by educating me with what would be the best policy for my car. I am very pleased as to how he was able to save me money and get me on a better coverage plan. I hated speaking to a new agent every single time, so its reassuring to know that every time I have a question or concern it’s Mark that’s there to help. Not only is he knowledgeable, I really appreciate his professionalism, and most of all his patients especially with all my questions. I seriously highly recommend him to everyone!!

I have personally been dealing with Mark and his agency for about 15 years for our renters and earthquake/fire insurance. Many in my family also use Mark and farmers. I have always had a nice experience and also been provided with excellent service.

I called for quotes on 3 cars + 1 motorcycle. Quote given was dble amount what we currently pay. We don't even have any tickets on our record. I asked why so high and was told computer is the one that gives the quote. I asked if that is the price everyone pays? He said no, there are people that pay less. I asked, my neighbor with the exact same cars + motorcycle could be paying much less than my quote? He said yes. I asked why would I have to pay double and others don't? His demeanor became extremely rude, wouldn't let me talk, & said I am not paying anything why do I say I'm paying double! I was trying to speak and he continued with his rude demeanor and very unprofessional. I've been insured w/Farmer's in the past (10+ yrs ago) and have never ever dealt with anyone so rude. IT ISN'T NORM
