Farmers Insurance - Marco Ortiz

In stopping into my Farmers office one day after the San Diego floods I spoke with the office employees then to my agent Marco. I know how busy they had to be after so many people had claims! I received the information I needed and I have to say Marco and Staff was very courteous and professional! I also received a follow up call from my agent Marco! I have been with Farmers for I’m sure over 20 years and I can honestly say, “satisfaction guaranteed”

I’ve been a client of the Ortiz Insurance Agency since 2005 and have always provided me with superb, efficient and courteous service. Every time my insurance renews they call me to review it and answer any questions. Their staff is always ready to help and even Marco, the agency’s owner goes out of his way to answer my questions. I know I can maybe pay less someplace else, but the first class service I receive from them is well worth the money I pay every month.
