Customer Reviews
My husband has all our insurance policies here and I can say that customer service is less than ideal. Calls not answered or returned. I hear his frustration every time he has to deal with farmers local office or the portal regarding our policies. In general, all Farmers customer service has declined. I may switch carriers when the choice becomes mine to make.
A very helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. It's obvious that they care about customer service.
