Farmers Insurance - Kerry Furimsky

I had a wonderful experience with my previous Farmers agent, Jeff, but after he sold his practice to Kerry everything went downhill. She is extremely difficult to get ahold of, and important details were completely mishandled. When my boys turned 16, I signed them up to be added as drivers—Kerry told me they were covered, but I later discovered two years later that they had never actually been listed on our policy. On top of that, when she took over our homeowners insurance, our premium quietly doubled with no notification. Our mortgage payment increased by $530 a month because of it. Absolutely unacceptable.
