Jarred was excellent in setting up both auto and home owners, including going line by line since my insurance hadn’t been updated to account for current costs. He was thorough, listened and timely.

I was surprised Jarred Whited never got back to me after a phone consultation and a few emails back and forth explaining we were growing and need additional coverage than our current provider offered. Thank goodness Parker, Smith & Feek AKA IMA was there to help us sort it all out and get us a policy that incorporates all practices of our business. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication especially for a company that rents space in the same building as me….
