AnA was beyond verbal expression. She is the most deceptive conniving lieing so called customer service person I've ever encountered. I tried to cancel my auto insurance back in Aug. I called 3 times and emailed 3 times leaving detailed messages to cancel my auto and landlord insurance. She never responding to my communications. All the time taking my payments out of my bank account. Now she is refusing to compensate me. I am a100 percent disabled Vietnam veteran. She is an heartless dishonest woman. Taking advantage of honest well meaning people. She should be fired. Praying for her, Staff/Sargent Donald Hedges USMC disabled. Do not do business with finders insurance or Safeco.

My experience has been excellent with Gabriela Martinez; an agent at Finders insurance. She has been professional and friendly with every payment that has been made over the phone. She is extremely helpful, with her in-depth knowledge, I can rest assured that any questions or concerns I have on my insurance will be resolved. I have to say she was very thorough, precise, friendly, patient, and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Gaby. She is awesome!

Ana was very helpful and made sure that I got the best quote possible. I was so thankful for her professionalism and her way of explaining things in a clear and helpful manner so I could understand my new policy. I think she is a great asset to this company, especially because she makes sure that you are satisfied with your new quote, and understanding the changes. She also followed up to make sure that I received all the paperwork needed, and texted me a policy ID card for me to have until I received the ones in the mail.

My experience walking in to the office was very welcoming. Greeted and eye contact was made. Vanessa assisted me with a quote in a very quick, professional and friendly manner. She acknowledged that my kids where present and were very patient as she help me. At the end of my visit with her she offered treats for my kids and expressed how well behaved they were. Very friendly place, highly recommend to be assisted by Vanessa in the future.
