Life is always changing and so are my insurance needs. Kassandra is always there to help me navigate these changes. Kassandra is responsive, friendly and informative. Im the person who asks a thousand questions and Kassandra finds an answer for them all! Kudos to Kassandra and the entire Jim Riley team for providing excellent service.

My agent, Norman, is very prompt and thorough. He explained everything to me so I understood the product and the process. Not only did I receive excellent service, but the prices beat what I was paying by far! All in all a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend working with Norman.

Fantastic customer service! My auto/home insurance from moving to Washington and doing things over the phone was an absolute rats nest. I was a walk in and Michelle helped me sort through the weeds and did an entire revamp of my plan to get me a good deal and get everything switched over to Washington. Overall, if you're in the market for a new insurance office/company I cannot recommend this office enough! HUGGGEEEE thank you to this office for all of your help!

Jim Riley State Farm Rocks! I often see insurance as a neccesary evil, I see a lot if grifting, scamming,manipulation and greed, In fact I call State Farm "Hate Harm" "And like an enslavor, Hate Harm is there. Jim Riley, and his wondeful team helped me appreciate the industry. They actually listen, they actually care, and they explain WHY Insurance sucks sometimes. I want to say that Michelle, Alexa and especially Kassandra treated me fair and square, open and honest. But most of all they were very busy and still they took the time for my stories, my jokes, and my piss poor attitude towards insurance. I made these ladies laugh at my often harsh and abrasive joking...these ladies know tough times demand tough talk and they allowed me a little extra time for words of wisdom and light banter
