Jeff Gustafson was my insurance carrier. He is no longer because he promised me my insurance would go down in 6 months, which it did not. In fact it went up. I did miss a payment, which I admit is my mistake. When I called him to pay it he said that he was concerned that the policy was cancelled. In his defense he did call me right back but only to inform me he couldn’t do anything for me and that my insurance rate would go up another $75 plus a month. When I related my frustration he hung up on me. This man is not honest and he definitely is not professional. He even refused to apologize when I called back. I told him I was going to write a bad review about him and he said and I quote- " You do what you have to." Negative 1 Star Jeff
Jeff Gustafson was my agent for 14 years. Never filed a claim until a pipe broke in my house and did over $26,000 in water damage. They claim zero liability. ZERO. Now I have a lawyer and am suing farmers.
4 stars for my agent. One star for pricd.
