Janice was a very helpful and responsive agent, no hard selling or excessive cross-selling, and we were able to get a substantial reduction in homeowners, auto and umbrella insurance premium (around 25%) with equivalent coverage. Pretty much found money if you're getting the same product for less, I'm as guilty as others for not making the time every few years to shop around.
She was amazing. Spent her time with us to get the best coverage and help us understand our coverages. Should have made the change a long time ago.
Janice is great. She was on vacation and still took the time to answer my questions.
