Paul was extremely helpful! I was in a stressful situation trying to by a car, I found his name on google and figured I would try to call him cause the 888 # was not helpful . Left him a VM he called me back and basically said " Ill handle it"! Not only did he handle it he saved me like $50 a month !! 11/10 agent ! We love Paul !

The last time I communicated with Paul was Aug. 2023. I forgot that the RTA form was only good for 30 days, so I needed his assistance on 5/15/2025. I was desperate and I was at a local AAA making sure that I had all the correct paperwork before camping out for 2.5hrs at the RMV. I sent the original RTA from 2023 to have corrections made with up to date info, fingers crossed. Paul responded immediately! Asking for 20 mins to get the form updated, correction sent, oops, I needed another correction, it was immediate, oops, yes 3rd time is a charm. RTA complete, by email , but by a very attentive Farmer's insurance specialist!! I was grateful to not only have his email in my mail but my appreciation for everything he did that afternoon was priceless! Thank you again Paul for all that
