I miss Delia when you called someone was always available now with Michael you can't get any answers I'm about to change to a different office due to the fact business hours are not being met with call time. If I had a concern or someone else bill statements coming to my address something not right I been insured for many years for someone else insurance bill to be coming to my address.

Delia Faria and her team are the absolute best. They are always available to answer our questions, and work hard to provide the information and coverage that we need. They make us feel like apart of the family. When an accident occurs, you can rest assured that Delia and her team are going to make the situation as painless as possible. They are quick to make sure that all details are in order, and are available every step of the way. Delia goes above and beyond to take the worry away from her clients, we’ve experienced this first hand, and are forever grateful for her thoroughness and kindness. Delia and her staff are excellent in every way. If I leave a message or email they get back to me very quickly. Delia makes me feel like there is someone on my side. She is fair and customer oriented. When my mom needed to find a lower premium Delia guided us to methods to save Mom money, Even though I have moved 40 miles away, I stick with Delia.
