We've worked with Marlyn and Bryce for years! Always very helpful even just to provide guidance on questions they don't have to help us out with but they do. We always get a quick response as well and we appreciate all of their help! I would recommend them to anyone! You never have to feel like you are alone with Marlyn and Bryce!

We have been doing business with farmers insurance for over 20 years now. Marlyn is a hardworking go getter! She never ceases to amaze me. Whenever I have a question regarding anything insurance, she goes out of her way to help me. We love farmers insurance!

Can't ask for better customer service. I have four children (three of them driving) and five vehicles on my policy. I'm always emailing what-if scenarios to them to see what changes I could make to save money.... What if I trade that car, what if I take off that kid, what if I remove coverage...etc. I've sent so many inquiries and I've never been made to feel like a burden and I always get an answer right away. Yes I can probably save a few bucks going somewhere else but it's not with losing my agents and the service they provide me. I highly recommend Bryce and Marlyn Downing.
