Took a photo of a tree overhanging my house.When there is no tree overhanging my house.They just took it as an angle to be able to cancel my house insurance... they took one photo at a bad angle and they find it to be my job to retake photos to send to them... they threatened add someone to my car insurance based on going through my mail and refuses not to n will cancel if I dont fill out a form for a random persons mail coming to my house... its illegal to go through someone's mail.... no explanation... hung up on me 6 times no answers... and denied my only claim I put in and raised my rates n forced me to pay out fully for my new roof despite them insuring that roof!

I am absolutely fed up with these guys, but maybe it is my agent-- I have yet to decide this. I have told them that, under no uncertain terms, they are to not take a payment out of my bank before the first of the month because I am on disability. I have called them multiple times and the agent ensured that I would never have it happen again. Lo and behold, what do I get from Wells Fargo but yet another email stating yet another overdraft fee. I am absolutely sick and f* tired of the sheer magnitude of incompetence on my behalf. How can you do this yet again to me? Do they not care? I want a new agent because I have spoken to mine one too many times about the same problem and it appears that he has given literally zero consideration to my requests, but i know beyond all shadow of doubt th
