AAA Hanford Branch

Thankful for your car registration service. I just spent/wasted the last 2 weeks going back and forth at the DMV with no resolution. Not sure what happened as I have been able to renew online for the last 3 years. Their requirements kept changing depending on who I spoke with. Finally decided to join AAA for resolution. In terms of time and money, AAA Hanford is the clear winner by far.

Rachel is not suited for a customer service role. She came across as entitled and unhelpful... very vague with her responses and hesitant to ask for clarification when she didn’t know something. It felt like she wanted to get back to her phone more than assist us. Everyone else at this location was wonderful and professional, but Rachel stood out for the wrong reasons.

I absolutely love the Hanford branch of AAA. They're super friendly and I always use them for all my DMV needs. Not only are they quick but they are very knowledgeable.

Amazing AAA branch, Juan was great in helping find home insurance - friendly, knowledgeable, and reachable! This is a gem of a branch, highly recommend for any insurance needs!

Usually really good but this time I took my mom to talk to an agent waited 30 mins while people walking in after us were getting seen right away. Told that for some reason our name was deleted off the Quo. Do better please just wasted 30 mins here. Now gonna be late to pick up my son from school.
