Farmers Insurance - Daiju Yoshino

We love Daiju's office! Everyone there is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and highly responsive. They work hard to understand the unique needs of their clients, and after a couple years of having one of our business policies with their office, we finally moved over all of our policies, including personal. I'm not sure what took us so long to do so! I appreciate that I can reach out whenever I have a question and know that I'll have an answer quickly, usually in the same day. If you're looking for an agency that genuinely cares about your needs and not just another sale, this is who you want on your side. I can confirm from personal experience that they go above and beyond for their clients.

I highly recommend Daiju and his team. I thought I had top-notch insurance, but gave Daiju an opportunity to review my coverage. Daiju provided me significantly more in coverage while saving me approximately 15% on my then-existing coverage. Daiju makes my insurance coverage feel like a concierge service. Someone hit my car, and he took 100% of the stress out of it for me. It was seamless and the vendor he recommended did an excellent job with the repairs. I don't know how they can remain in business. The absolute worst insurance company I've ever dealt with, and it's not close. I switched over from another Farmers Insurance company branch that I'd been with for many years, without issue, because a friend was working for Daiju Yoshino. My friend wasn't there long, but unfortunately, I had already signed a policy through this company. There were many annoying calls throughout the year from my new agent, Andrew, asking if I'd put covers on some air conditioning vents, and other unnecessary questions that were irrelevant and time consuming. About a year after signing, I was told the carrier was not going to renew my policy, because my business allows Punk bands to play.
