Worse company I've ever seen. Wish I could give 0 stars. They send cancelation to you because of minor debris or dumb things that make you think twice as to why or how they are even in business. I never even received a notification from them and only got info from my agent a week before recieving letter of cancelation. No registered letter or email. I Had a state inspection a month before and had a pretty much perfect report. It almost feels like They just want 1 year old homes to avoid any claims. Going to change insurance before giving them the satisfaction of canceling. I spoke with a couple of other agencies and pretty much told me the same thing. They drop you for ridiculous things. Dear Farmers of Flemington, I wanna make a few contructive criticisms about your company especially about your website. Yout website literally looks and feels like it's been created in the 90's when the internet first came out and no updates has been made to it because it has very limited functionality, and it is not professional and user-friendly at all. I think I have the right to criticize this because I currently have 4 properties insured under your company and when I log-in, I cannot do what I want at all. I log-in preodically to check the payments, and it has no option to pay or set-up autopay, and then, all of a sudden they send you a cancellation notice because of non-payment. So please use the money you get from me and other costumers to update your website to make it more profess

If there was a way to pick no stars that would be my review rate! We have been with this company for 24 years never asked for anything and we get a letter in the mail canceling our policy because we did not get a new roof while we were appealing a claim denial! Poor customer service with no explanation! Worst insurance company ever! Don’t waste your time they don’t care about the customer!

This may be the most unprofessional insurance outfit around, they send some creep to inspect my property unannounced.Lets himself into our back yard with out permission,schedule, etc. I’ve been a customer with farmers for over five years, now they’re telling me they can’t insure my property because trampoline we’ve had for over 10. This is not asked about when they wrote the policy. Edit/Response: I find you your boiler plate response laughable, you may want to site some facts on trespassing or perhaps look into the concept of scheduling an appointment.

Called to get a simple quote and it became way too difficult. Like an SNL skit of awful. Any business this bad is usually a reflection of poor management. Believe I read another poor review and thought the person was just being too harsh until dealing with them. Stay away and use another company. Ultimately, insurance is something to be trusted and I would never trust this firm with anything, especially my valuables and loved ones. UPDATE: Now they are trying to get me to take down my review. See their response below. Exactly the unprofessional behavior I experienced with them previously. Instead of reading and trying to improve they want to pass the blame onto me. Never do business with these hacks.
