I worked with Max and Carlos obtaining homeowners insurance in our first home. Carlos took the time to answer all of my initial questions and walk me through coverages and what to expect when closing on a home. It felt like I was working with someone I'd known a long time. After that, Max made the rest of the process so simple on my end and took care of everything else. He even took the time to check in and make sure our closing was going well.
