If I could give zero stars I would. After a 25 plus relationship with State Farm this man is a terrible disappointment. In all the years, we have never needed to file a claim, however, we had to replace a sewer line at our home last year and he still gives us the run around. Aug 7 a tree fell on our home during a storm and we still have no resolution. He never returns calls and stalls and stalls and stalls.

The office setup is a bit atypical (it looks like a house that was converted to an office with minimal layout changes), but the staff is friendly and helpful. However, communication could improve regarding status for applications, policy changes, etc.
