WISH i could give a ZERO....This was my first time dealing with this company, and specifically with Bikramjit Benipal, an Insurance Advisor. At first, he seemed pleasant and easy to work with, but once my policy was written, the experience turned into an absolute nightmare. Bikramjit was rude, nasty, and a terrible person to deal with. He constantly threatened to cancel my policy, showed no professionalism, and made me feel like I was being bullied. His attitude was completely uncalled for, and instead of offering helpful advice, he just tried to push me out the door with repeated threats to go elsewhere. I attempted to reach the company multiple times and left messages asking to speak with Jarrett Farrell and Malena Farrell, both Presidents of the company, but never received a return cal

I appreciate the efforts of the service team at Cedar Risk, but my experience with the owner and my direct contact Jarrett was poor from start to finish. From his failure to address my multiple documented concerns regarding an increased valuation/premium on my homeowner's policy, quoting me on an auto policy that I ended up acquiring for less than half of their quote from the same insurer on my own, to not following up on my requests for additional product underwriting, to proposing an umbrella policy renewal that underinsured me without picking up the phone to discuss my needs with me, to not canceling that policy when I gave adequate notice, Jarrett's support of my needs has been poor from start to finish. I am now a former client.
