Farmers Insurance - Arthur Ermlich

I've had a great experience with this insurance agency! The entire staff is always helpful and professional. Tracy and Art, in particular, have been amazing — they've consistently answered my calls, taken the time to address all my questions, and have gone above and beyond to help me whenever I needed it. I truly appreciate their support and highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive agency.

Art Ermlich is the first insurance agent I've worked with that really cares about his clients! He is always looking out for you, making sure you have the best quality coverage at affordable prices. He is more like family, and these days with everyone so busy you have one less thing too worry about knowing Art is behind you!

I would give less if i could. Serious lack of integrity, accountability and general care to do anything but make unfounded promises using bait and switch techniques to get you in the door. I would highly advise you stay away from this agent and Farmers Insurance in general.

If i could give a minus 5 i would because arthur ermlich has not helped me like he said i was in there Thursday morning last week and in there Friday morning and afternoon trying to get general liability insurance and workman's comp and he acted like he couldn't get anyone to respond so he said Monday morning he would have everything taken care of and ready to sighn paperwork well monday he said that he would call me Tuesday morning and here it is wensday night and no phone call or nothing from him..the sad thing is i called a different insurance company and they had my general liability insurance and workman's comp insurance ready to be signed within 3 hours of calling them but i still told them that I was going to wait until i heard back from arthur because I told arthur that I would use

I was in my first accident EVER and Art handled everything for me!
