Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been with Farm Bureau and Gary Olsen for a very long time over 20 years. He has been a great agent going above and beyond. Recently within the past year, I have had some concerns and reached out to him through email with no response. Also, we got a new car and when we added it and removed the old one, we were made to pay an extra month not just the prorated month but an extra month (2.5 months- The half month is the prorated month). I had already paid for that month for the old car and they did not even refund or credit me that part back. That has never happened when we bought new cars and added it before. Not only did we have to pay an extra month for the new car, but the old vehicle that was already on there. All I was told is that is the way the computer is adding it up to catch

I moved auto and home to Allstate for Much LOWER costs and Better customer service. The NLR office of Farm Bureau decided to drop me with no notice on my homeowners. I found this out bc all they did was send me a check. I was with Farm Bureau for 30 yrs. They couldn't even come up with a reason why they "surprise" dropped me. Jack Beard has been extremely unprofessional and I am Extremely relieved to be DONE with Farm Bureau.

Forget every other insurance place.. Farm Bureau quoted me lower than any other company and they have by far thee best customer service you can ask for. Kendra took care of me when my agent Lucas was busy, she added coverage on a vehicle and helped me pay my bill in less than 5 minutes. Proof of insurance instantly sent to my phone. Kendra really goes out of her way to perform in the most professional and courteous manner to members.

Farm bureau insurance treats us like family. Bill Head is our agent and has been for the past 10 years or so. He is always there when we need him and takes care of anything we need at the time. I do and would recommend Farm Bureau Insurance to anyone.

Double charges. Not open during the weekend to talk to anyone. Can not spell name correctly. I still have not gotten proof of insurance other than the temporary paper the company first gives you. I started my policy in March. They are cheap for a reason.
