Farm Bureau Insurance

Can someone please, PLEASE, answer the phone in that building? They don’t answer emails, they don’t answer the phone, it’s like they don’t want our business. I am taking my business elsewhere due to this, like they care, I had five different agents in one year and I only knew this because I checked my account once a month to make sure my payment went through. No relationship to their clients. Embarrassing!

Got a quote with AllState for half the price of insurance and when I needed some documents regarding my 8+ years as a customer I was treated very "rudely" by one of their agents. It consisted of him being very reluctant to provide any service, even after I called the location 4+ times with no answer on the phone. When I showed up there wasn't a single customer inside but nearly all the agents were in their offices. During the meeting with the agent he was visibly (flipping off my phone at the agent on the other end) and verbally combative with my new agent from AllState. This experience has completely tainted my view of Farm Bureau Insurance and I will not be doing business with them again. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. Since December of last year, I’ve been charged for insurance for my nephew without my authorization. I didn’t notice initially, as I assumed my premium increased due to an accident involving my son. The issue only came to light when we added another car to the policy and realized my nephew had been added without my consent. When I questioned this, Farm Bureau explained that because my nephew changed his driver's license to our address temporarily, they automatically added him to my policy. They claimed they sent me a letter stating he would be added if I didn’t respond within ten days— a letter I never received. My nephew was in the process of moving to South Carolina from another state and stayed with us briefly

This place is a joke DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THEM. They will give you a good rate for your first policy and then jack it up over double the amount when the renewal comes up. Went from paying $203 to $450. NO TICKETS NOR ACCIDENTS . I’ve spoke with 2 people and neither could give me a reason my policy went up so much. Save yourself the headache and trouble.

Was looking for cheaper insurance so decided to call this location. Spoke with Brandon. He took my basic information and said he’ll email me the quote shortly. He did just that. The quote was way cheaper than what I was paying with my now previous company. Signing paper work and getting my payment was so easy! Great service from Brandon!
