We love this office! This location has been taking care of my family for a very long time now, over 20 years. They're helpful, genuine, and very caring. They've helped with my home and auto insurance, and made everything easy, affordable, and comfortable. Thanks!

They get you to join by giving you a low rate but then up your premium every few months. Always say there is nothing they can do about it. They just scam you for more money and don’t care if you always make your payments on time. My premium went up over $600. Shaking my head. That’s just shameful.

I spent two weeks calling and coming in person to try and make and appointment to meet with an agent to no avail. Every time they just took my phone number and name and said they’d call me back, and every time I got no calls back. Tried to make an appointment so I’d have a scheduled time that an agent would be 100% available to see me, and I got the same treatment of just taking my name and number and giving an empty promise that I’d get a call back. So frustrating that I gave up on them and went to State Farm instead.

I've been there over 28 years and have been very happy.... But I will say, I had an accident and I haven't been fully told about the results. From my representative from my insurance company. Coy W. Roberts I never talked with him and I worked with JD my advisor....
