I first spoke with Tommy a few months ago at a meeting in which I was late for. I was agitated by outside circumstances yet Tommy was kind and understanding and even offered to buy me lunch…a couple months later during an appointment I talked with his assistant Chris. Chris was very knowledgeable beyond his years in my old age speculation. We went over every plan and different health scenarios allowing me the choice to pick the one that was right for me, with each plan he gave me feedback. I am happy I decided to go to that meeting albeit late, because this group exceeded my expectations and the couple times since my initial company choice where I needed to ask a question they actually either answered the phone right away or called me back even before I could leave a voicemail. Chris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Medicare policies . He found the best coverage and most cost effective way for us to move to Medicare . All questions were answered and made the changeover process very smooth . Definitely would recommend using him for your insurance needs !
