Great pricing for the coverage. Didn't like that I was immediately dropped though when they saw the pics of a trampoline in backyard without contacting me first. They shouldn't have already accepted me until this was resolved. Agent left right after I was booked, but the receptionists, Melissa, was very knowledgable, helpful and kind.

Andrea has been great helping my husband and I with our home and auto insurance! She is kind and prompt. She always gets back to me in a timely manner and has answered all of our questions regarding policies. I recommend her to anyone looking to find great rates and even greater customer service!

These Folks' customer service is not even worth my hand cartilage of typing this review, but I don't want future Clients to waste their money or time dealing with unprofessional and deceptive people. Allstate will LURE you with low rates and double or even triple, like me, your auto and home insurance rates slowly but SURELY over time. Shop elsewhere and you will be in good hands....Shop with Allstate and you will be in broke, useless hands!

I have used this agency for my insurance needs for several years. Every experience has been positive. However, Taylor Watts goes above and beyond with each encounter I have had with her.
