This review is for Caroline Howse. I just purchased a new build home in Greenbrier. I contacted 5 different insurance agencies to obtain quotes. Not only did Caroline quickly return my call- she had an auto and homeowners quote for me in about 20 minutes. The homeowners premium was less than I expected. Caroline is a GO GETTER!!!! Promptly responds to text messages and emails. Very courteous and professional. She made the entire process very easy. She even walked me thru the app in case I had any issues. I don't frequently leave reviews. Caroline is exceptional.

I tried countless agencies in Conway and couldn’t get a single one to even return my calls after more than a month of trying. Someone recommended Ashley with Farris Agency to help me with individual health insurance… she called me back right away, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She has been quick in her responses and has followed through with everything she said she would do. I am so thankful I found her.

Today I received a card in the mail from the Farris Agency wishing me a wonderful Thanksgiving, and a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year with signatures of the staff. First, THANK YOU for saying Merry Christmas and not caving to the politically correct folks of removing your core values of your beliefs. This will serve notice to your agency, I will never leave you. The level of service I have received there has been incredible.
