I can only hope that my experience was an outlier. However, during my time doing business with Farm Bureau Bentonville, I faced continuous struggles to receive any response from their staff besides the front desk. On a couple of occasions, my policy was almost canceled due to their failure to file the appropriate paperwork. I had conversations with them regarding insurance coverage for AR assets while moving to CO and was assured it wasn't an issue, but my policy was still abruptly canceled with a notice of only one day. I would not Recommend this business to anyone who is trying to conduct proper business.

Strongly suggest anyone looking for the best insurance agent in NWA, to visit and ask for Rich. Great customer service, knew exactly the best options for me, and truly cared about my future. High reccomend!

Got in an accident with someone farm bureau covers 3 weeks ago. Hunter Tynes is our agent, no one's looked at the car, we have had minimal to no contact, he won't call back. When he did FINNALY call back the first time HE WAS DRIVING and obviously did not even listen to our voicemails and did not know anything of our claim. Call us, we need a vehicle, we need someone who can do their job. This is neglectful and absolutely ridiculous. I was harmed in the accident when your covered driver t-boned me. I don't understand why we're being punished by a lack of care on your agents behalf.

I've been with Mike Morse at Farm Bureau for about 15 years. Fantastic customer service. The times I've dealt with them about a claim they have been very timely and easy to work with. Plus best insurance rates I've found, and I shop around every other year.

Sometimes things get mixed up, messed up or just all jacked up!! I couldn’t contact my adjuster assigned to my case BUT I could get ahold of my agent!! Needless to say in this particular situation I was dealing with a dealer for repairs and they couldn’t reach anyone either! That’s jacked up! BUT MY AGENT!!! My Farm Bureau agent KYLE WOODRUFF jumped to action and picked up the mixed up mess and KYLE handled it! He even personally handed a check to my repair shop for the repairs! ALL in less than 24 hrs! Hats Off to Kyle Woodruff for saving the day! THANK YOU KYLE! You went above and beyond!
