HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...at least trying to get a hold of them. On Google, they claim to be open on Sundays until 10pm. I call at 11:30am to the phone number listed only to hear the automated system tell me to press 9 to continue. Strange. Why have that? It serves no purpose. Then I get routed to my "local Geico agent" (who I thought I was calling in the first place) and get a recording that their offices are closed. Normal business hours are Mon-Fri. Obviously someone needs to update Google listings.
Bad experience first off the agent didnt greeat me properly she said hello . then said can i help you with something.asked about an insurance quote. Then si ce im living in. Honeless shelter refused to insure me.
If you live in the Columbus area and you are looking for affordable auto insurance I highly recommended reaching out to these guys. Liz was very friendly and ended up saving me several hundred dollars.
