Ernest Landers: Allstate Insurance

I’ve been with Ernie since I turned 16 and needed car insurance, and he has truly been the definition of your friendly neighborhood insurance guy. He’s always just a phone call or email away, and I’ve never waited more than an hour for a response. Over the years, I’ve owned multiple homes and several cars, and no other insurance company has ever compared to the level of service and personal attention Ernie provides. He’s reliable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients, a rare find these days!

Ernie was polite, professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. I had him run auto quotes and he treated me like I was a long time high end client even though we have no history. I ultimately ended up placing my policy with my existing carrier for reasons other than price and Ernie. In any case, he and his agency deserves recognition.

Ernie Landers is the most superb, accommodating, helpful, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. etc. etc. insurance agent that anyone could hope for. My grandma and I had a terrible experience. First, we couldn't geta hold of our local adjuster for months. We found out she had fled the area with all our money and never applied our discounts. Allstate just brushed it under the rug and never reimbursed us,just told us we had a new adjuster. I have never spoken to this adjuster just his half wit assistant Matt. Every time ask to talk to the adjuster he claims he's not there. Matt has set up claims and rentals and given wrong advice at my expense. I found out after he shouldn't have and they said I would have to pay for the rental he set up. It was so upsetting that Enterprise Rental felt so bad that they gave it to me free of charge because they knew how ridiculous that was for allstate to do.
