Shadduck Insurance

They keep raising my rates. First 400 last year and this year 91!! I'm trying to call and can't reach. I'm canceling!!

Absolutely awful since they sold and changed the name. They're now hard to get ahold of, do not return calls, rude, and act like it's an inconvenience to do the entire service they're supposed to provide. Whether you are a new customer or a previous Shadduck customer, I would take your business elsewhere. There are a lot of other great local agencies that would be happy to help.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Called for hours to get a 3rd party to not even connect me to them. Rudest woman ever who barely speaks English refusing to be of any kind of help. Would rather go uninsured than have to deal with this place again.

I would highly recommend this agency. Dave Shadduck went out of his way to get the best rates he could to accommodate my needs. I called other agencies and they merely quoted rates and went no further. Dave personally advocated on my behalf and got great rates and coverage for me. He saved me a great deal of money and I sincerely thank him. He is extremely knowledgable and takes pride in what he does. Thanks again, Dave. You're great!

Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Norman Shadduck went out of his way to help me. I just moved to Binghamton from out of state. So he educated me on everything I need to know about NY state auto insurance. I am looking to purchase a home here and I will definitely hold home owner insurance with them. Highly recommend them. 5⭐️😁
