You're better off trying to call around to get the best quote. They are not for the customer and for some weird reason you have to go to the window for service. They will not find you the cheapest quote because they only work with Progressive which charges way too much of insurance.

I went to this office to have them help me turn in paperwork they wanted for my continuous driver proof. I was treated terrible the women refused to unlock the door and I am going thru cancer treatment and I am not supposed to be outside. So I spoke to her over the phone from outside the office door and she refused to help me and tried to say they don’t handle insurance gotten from the internet even though it was progressive insurance. I had a panic attack as I needed help and she refused. I called the company and I was told she is not allowed to refuse to help me and that there was no reason for her to send me away. She also said they are supposed to be letting people inside and not treating people like Covid is still a big deal. I am changing insurance company’s due to this and I suggest

It doent get any better Start here first then compare. You will end up thinking I wasted time comparing. Love how they do every thing.l I have had them 40 years now. They just get better. If they can't make it work no one can. Easy button all the way. 5 stars .
