My daughter was a first time driver, and went here for her insurance. It all seemed well until we got to the place to take her test, and realized the insurance wasn’t good until The 31st, today is the 18th!!! The policy was paid, this was an error on this agency. We called and were told to call corporate for whatever reason, couldn’t get a person! Called back to Elise who is the owner, by now it’s after 11, and the driving test was set for 10:55. Elise said she’d send over a new letter saying it was fixed etc, but after waiting longer (it’s about 11:30 now) she sends a letter with the wrong dates saying the policy was expired, mind you it was a brand new policy!!! We were over an hour late getting the requirements from this agency because they did it wrong in the first place! We are switch

My fiancé has had policies with them for years. She was looking to cancel her renters policy and was advised all that she had to do was stop paying. 3 months later, she gets a letter from collections for $35. After she was misrepresented to and advised all she had to do was stop paying. They will make claims against your credit for $35 INSTEAD OF CALLING YOU. I strongly recommend going with a different office, a claim on your credit isn’t worth whatever else they may offer. The agent who made the misrepresentations is named Jacy. Very unprofessional and honestly she’s a liability to this company. Upon calling and trying to resolve this issue, Jacy denied having given my fiancé reassurance that her policy would be canceled. Have had a recent experience from large tree falling and causing some damage to house and patio. Elise Stensil Allstate Agency has worked extremely well with us. Promptly answer phone calls and provide us with the information we need. Everyone is pleasant & knowledgeable.

I am really thankful for Elise Stansel's team. I haven't spoken with her directly, but everyone I've spoken to was kind, professional, and has taken care of what I needed in a timely fashion. We recently switched our home, auto, and life insurance, and not only are we saving money but will have better coverage than what we did have. And the best part for me was that I haven't had to call repeatedly to get things done, which was my past experience with other agencies. I have been very pleased so far, and if I ever need to make a claim, I feel like I am in good hands.
