Quite possibly the worst company in America. Forget about insurance agencies, this is by far the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, lazy, incompetent business I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Do not return any type of call, email, text or inquiry. Absolutely ridiculous excuse of a insurance agency. That Aubrey sales agent is the worst in every possible way.What a scam. Stay far away from this company as you can. I rarely write reviews, but this was absolutely necessary. RUN!!!!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, STAY FAR AWAY. My homeowners insurance policy was canceled, without anyone letting me know. Made me pay for a 4-point inspection, then it was submitted and apparently canceled... You would think someone would contact me but no. I have been without homeowners insurance for 5 months now, only found out when I sent an e-mail asking for a paper.... This is not the first time I have had an issue either. They are impossible to get ahold of and don't answer their phone.
