Direct Auto Insurance

I sold the car and they are refusing to cancel my policy. They told me just to let the policy run out. So, no refund or prorating? No, thank you. I will never recommend Direct insurance to anyone and in fact, will adamantly steer people in the other direction.

Every month I am charged $3.00 because they say they can't set up pre pay but yet accept my card. Just another way to take more from you. Its actually sad.

Worst insurance there is. EVERYTIME I try to pay my insurance through my app is claims my info to be wrong and it NEVER IS. It’s always something with them. I was quoted 130 for insurance but bc I didn’t want it on auto pay they bumped it up $35 dollars. SO SICK of this insurance.

Very easy to deal with.. great prices for the unstable costs of living.

Jason in Maryville was amazing! Had an issue I had been working on for 2 days. He kept me on the line until he got it resolved. That man needs a raise! He actually made us feel like we weren’t just a number in a file!
