The agents were polite, respectful of my situation, knowledgeable of ways to help me save and afford a auto insurance plan best for my vehicle now and future outlook. Linda, the agent who secured my policy, was a sweet delight. I was purchasing a new vehicle and had many other quotes. I was giving up and the Lord sent Linda. Thank you Linda and Direct Insurance. You provide quality service and products equal to the mega insurance companies but tailored to the everyday citizen.
