DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Mr. Wilson or his team, especially if you have multiple vehicle policies, are separated or divorced, are on active duty, or travel internationally. They cannot track the differences, are not willing to provide the personal attention necessary, and will use a variety of excuses to say they cannot help you. I don't post reviews often - folks have to really earn it, good or bad. Yet when it's really bad, I feel obliged to warn others to avoid the experience I had. I purchased two vehicles and as it was an easy on-premise option opted for Dick Hannah's Insurance Agency, associated with AllState. In 2023 I began traveling overseas for business. Sadly, neither AllState's app, nor their website, would allow me to sign in to manage my policies, see invoices, or sign docum

Spoke to a very nice gentleman named Scott today and made a payment arrangement for our past due insurance policies for both the home and the car. I'll State very graciously offered a payment plan to help us keep our coverage and get caught up in our payments after the government shutdown made it very difficult for us to pay. Scott deserves a large raise. They should probably make him the head of the department. This is a great company and a great person. Thank you so much for your help

NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO INTEGRITY. They make frequent mistakes and don't take responsibility. If you have multiple policies, often travel overseas, are on active duty, are divorced they will mess up your coverage and will pretend like they can't help you fix overcharges. Their online portal and app are not accessible overseas so you cannot manage your policies, and their agents have no ability to provide the customer service necessary to earn and retain your business. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TALK TO STATE FARM OR SOME OTHER OPTION, THESE GUYS WILL ONLY COST YOU MONEY. They now sent me to collections for $500+ that was 100% their team's internal communication error. That's not how you do business.

I experienced a flood at my condo over 4 months ago. Much of the delays to getting the repairs completed was due to Allstate denying the claims. The quote back from the contractors was over $20,000 to get my condo back to prior condition and Allstate only approved $6700. I was very disappointed in how Allstate managed the process that took over 4 months to get my condo back in order.

Well, I was happy with their services until they decided to double my homeowners insurance without warning. Been using them for home and auto for years. Always paid on time. Only had 1 claim on my auto insurance because someone ran a red and hit me. Never had any claims on my home. Apparently they decided that the cost to replace my roof has gone up. They doubled my premium but didn't increase my coverage at all. All they could tell me was that the cost to replace the roof had increased but would not answer any of my questions about it.
