I’ve had to call Decisely a couple of times with questions about my health insurance, and Andrea has been incredibly helpful each time. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything before ending the call and even gave me some new dad advice! It’s refreshing to speak with someone who genuinely wants to help and follows through. Great customer service and really appreciate her support!

After many years of unreliable coverage , and inconsistent support from our broker partners on billing , we finally arrived at the right place when we found Decisely. Everything and everyone is professional, responsive and capable. We got access to the best health care plans for our employees , at the most advantageous price. Our rates have also been stable over multi years . The most important thing is : Decisely manages the deductions, and is available to answer any questions or concerns through the term of the plan. KIm Davis , who is our engegement manager, needs special mention. She goes above and beyond, and advocates for us. She is a shining light, and is always positive, can do and motivational. Worst service and insurance company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I have tried for two years to cancel my policy as I no longer need it based upon eligibiity for Medicare. They continue to charge my account when I have not used their services since 2024. Vault and Decisely keep pointing fingers at each other stating the other company is responsible for the error. Still have gotten nowhere and it is now Feb. 2026. Beware of ever using their services. Do NOT set up auto-pay with this company. Once they have your account information they will keep charging the account even if you've cancelled the policy and not renewed it. It will continue to auto renew year over year.

I would give zero stars! This company was recommended through my Amazon employer. I enrolled but quickly cancelled enrollment due to unknowingly having other coverage elsewhere. The "life change" was approved and my coverage was cancelled. This company still proceeded to take money out of my check. I contacted them before receiving my next check which they did not take money from that check but for months they have been giving me the run around about giving me my money back! They claim my employer is responsible for refunding my money which is false and HR has confirmed they go through this company for insurance so they don't have to deal with any insurance problems or situations. I've emailed them multiple times and now since I've threatened to take legal action I do not get any responses
