DB&T Insurance Inc.

I was trying to help a homebound elderly person with a rotary dial phone contact their branch of DB&T, but there was no "or stay on the line for a representative" option and even when I called on my cell phone I couldn't find a way to reach a live person. Finally, we tried the "DB&T Insurance" phone number, where we inmediately got a live person who quickly and cheerfully connected us to another live person who was able to help with the banking issue. We were both very frustrated with the DB&T branch's answering system by that time, but we appreciated the help from the DB&T Insurance staffer!
