David Akers: Allstate Insurance

I've been a customer of David Akers Allstate Insurance Company for almost 8 years & the agency he runs is excellent. I love their caring personalities, compassionate nature & knowledge of different insurance services they can offer. I've met each one of them & I appreciate all the assistance I receive when I'm in need. Wonderful team working their best for their clients; just love them!

Our agent Nichole has always been helpful and very patient in helping us with all our concerns with our business with Allstate. She is the reason we returned our car insurance back to Allstate. Nichole is a great asset to her company.

I asked David Akers asked if someone could assist me Waited 45 minutes and went to ask again. when I asked him if somebody can assist me, he said “I don’t wanna start a claim because I have to go pick up my kids and I don’t know what kind of problems you have” that was his response. I came in at 4:55 they close at 5:30 so maybe try to close at 5 so you could pick up ur kids. Or maybe say come back tomorrow. FYI I didn’t have a problem I just wanted to add a car but thanks.

My auto, motorcycle, and home insurance have all been with David Akers firm for more than 6 years. Nichole has been very helpful answering all my questions.

Right to the point don’t go to elephant insurance and any phone call company. You need personnel insurance and face to face help. With his staff of Mrs. Thompson and others you can’t go wrong. Why are you with Elephant insurance ? When you can do better with this Agency
