I had Dant as my insurance agent for 10 years. I recently had to switch due to issues outside of my control. The customer service I received from Dant was second to none. Countless times he went out of his way to make my bill more affordable and my life more easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for vehicle or home insurance.

Well, since I got the wonderful email to ask for a review, I will be truthful here. Three accidents and a house claim and I have only spoken directly to him once. In no situation did anyone ever check in to see how we were up until I filed a complaint with AllState. The latest home claim has been a nightmare. Every last thing was an argument between the claims rep and the inspector quoting the job. I asked Dant to get involved and still heard nothing. After my third email (cc’ing) the entire team, they responded and said he tried to call, yet neither my wife nor I had a call from them or any voicemails. The website is so easy to get around. Everything you need is readily available with a simple click. The rewards are a definite plus. Signing up for insurance coverage was simple and quick.
