Daniel Egan: Allstate Insurance

The people are very helpful and have extensive knowledge about insurance. However, the customer’s internet platform is terrible. Ultimately, I have to call one of the agents to get even basic information. Like most insurance policies, they are unreadable and the prices go up by a large percentage every year without the agent discussing options with the customer. If you’re on autopay, you are stuck. I hate to give Egan such a low rating because he’s probably better than most. It’s the general lack of transparency in this industry’s business model that is frustrating. If this is not intentional, it would be an easy fix.

I really appreciate your on time customers services and reasonable prices, definitely more people will contact you and will buy insurance policies from you are.

We are happy with our brokers from Allstate and how helpful they are with helping us find whatever we need to insure our homes, cars, and others. They were able to find a company that will insure our home posing “high fire risks”, when AAA refuse to. Kathy K. Has been so delightful to talk to and made the process so easy and she really tries hard to give us all the discounts we are qualified for. We never had a broker before and it is nice they can do all the quote for us. Also, she was able to provide better coverage and explains certain insurance needs and coverages that made the process a little easier.
