Custom Disability Solutions

I have had satisfactory service from Custom Disability for overall care. They handle my payments from my long-term disability insurance. When the government turned down my first application for disability, the insurance company hired a lawyer to help with the 2nd round. All this time Custom Disability paid me regularly. I became disabled in 2015. My workplace provided long-term disability insurance through EMC National Life Company. EMC has Custom Disability handle their payments to clients. I received payments from ins in 3 months. When the government declared me disabled in 2018, Custom Disability Solutions stopped giving me my monthly payments. I knew they expected to receive the overpayment check to cover for past payments that the government was back paying me. I did not know my acco

It takes several phone calls to get the benefits that you should be paid. Direct deposit forms are a joke. I had one completed for 3 months and still received paper checks several days AFTER they were supposed to be sent. They overestimate payment, and then constantly pester you to pay them back. This has been a constant circus, even though I have done EVERYTHING they asked, sometimes in duplicate and triplicate.

I have recieved horrible service from custom disability service. My husband went out on disability over a month ago and still has not received a check. Every time I called I was told there was nothing they could do at the moment. I have called several times today and have been told there will still be a delay on my husband's check. Custom disability is not treating my husband with type of urgency you would think I disability service would give. I wonder how they would feel if they went entire month without their pay checks????

This company should be put out of business they are nothing more than crooks.i filed a claim over a year ago and have had to get an attorney and still nothing. they care nothing about the person just the money and will lie to keep it not trust worthy at all.

Horrible service, extremely slow, don't have one bit of Compassion or care for their clients like to play games and give clients runarounds would never recommend this company to anybody
