Run as fast as you can the other way. Choose another company to work with. My trip was canceled to Tanzania last October due to the political upheaval. The airport was closed. People were rioting. People were dying I couldn't even get in the country and my tour company had to cancel the trip. Travel Insured International which is a Crum & Forster company classified my trip as a "delay"...really? And I lost over $10,000 because they wouldn't pay it out. I asked and asked and asked for help filing it differently...People stopped responding to me...then all the sudden I got $500 in the mail with a letter that said...were not giving you anymore. Getting a hold of this company is quite difficult. I'm leaving three stars because my experience with them has been less than stellar. However, if I do happen to make contact with them, I will update my review accordingly. In short, we are a small security company with a fantastic reputation in our region, Crum & Forster has been our general liability policy provider up to this point. Unfortunately, I recently received notice that they would be dropping us due to "material increase in general liability risk". I have reached out for more information about this, as we have not increased our risk at all. Horrible company they take forever to get anything done at all. Bunch of crooks. The day after telling them that I was leaving my job they decided to try to contest my injury a month and a half after the injury. Can't wait to see them in court. Edward Hyde is particularly horrible

The insurance company did not pay the artists that had performed at its Corporate office in Morristown in November 2022. One cannot trust this insurance company. The insurance company is not at all reliable. If you read the 5 Star reviews, they are clearly written by employees. Avoid Crum & Forster at all costs.

They are also known as ASPCA Pet Insurance. Don't waste your money. They will not reimburse for ER rates even though our dog had life threatening injuries and would have never survived. So much for having insurance!
