0 STARS ** AVOID this agent.** I gave written confirmation to Troy Evans to add a second car to my State Farm policy, and he failed to do so without notifying me. This resulted in being charged for driving without insurance, court involvement, and mandatory community service. To make matters worse, my personal information was shared with a civilian, which is unacceptable, and I am pursuing legal action! I would NEVER** recommend Troy Evans.
