Be very careful. If you have a worker's comp. claim and you want to know your rights, they will refuse to give you a copy of the contract. They will also pay for items, you are not fully happy with and then you are STUCK with it. Like a $20,000 prosthesis that DOESN'T FIT YOU and causes you pain/discomfort and MORE PROBLEMS. Make sure to TELL THE SUPERVISOR of your contact person NOT TO PAY FOR IT UNTIL YOU ARE TOTALLY HAPPY AND KNOW IT IS THE PERFECT FIT FOR YOU. If not, you will be stuck with it and not able to get a new one for another year.
