I was always happy with WIA however, my main dealings were with RA Lee (he worked elsewhere and his company got bought out) for years and always found him to be a straight-shooter. Responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Always told me about the little things I might be missing without pushing extras. He possesses the rare quality of walking that tightrope.
