An Amazon worker drove recklessly down our driveway and hit my vehicle. We have been trying for over a month to receive a claim number. You can't get a hold of anyone and they don't answer the phone or emails. This company should definitely be looked into. I'm sure companies pay a good amount to have them insure them. I believe they purposely don't want to pay a claim in hopes you go away.

I have never experienced such an unprofessional group! It took them 19 days to contact me with a decision on if my car had been totaled or not. They then gave me one week with a rental to find a replacement. They then gave me a ridiculously low offer on my vehicle. The company they represented was 100% at fault. They said they did not owe us replacement cost of a vehicle, instead giving us KBB. Ashley Brown a supervisor yelled not only at me, but my husband and the last phone call she hung up on us! She makes it perfectly clear they are not open to discussion and their answer is to file a claim with your personal insurance for someone else’s reckless actions!

They are slow if anything at all gets done. If you are lucky you might get paid. If you have to deal with them make sure it’s not Jeremy Sutherland! He never answers a call or an email. Also spends most of his time on vacation.

No one calls and no one emails. A driver hit my car 10 days ago and after a half dozen calls, there is still not response. It seems criminal that they should be able to operate this way.

The most unprofessional workers comp company ever. The case worker I was assigned is Adara Sneeringer. She will give you a hard time to pay you. Will give you the run around. Going on almost 4 weeks no pay…… If I can give this company zero stars I will…
