I had insurance fraud pulled on me in Florida with a woman who drug the nose of her car down my back door and then proceeded to file on my insurance saying I hit her car, she was hurt, and her car 18 year old salvage car was damaged. Total nightmare. The thousands insurance paid her is sitting on my (otherwise flawless) driving record. I immediately moved back to Iowa after the incident and I feel super lucky to have found Jeff. I was being quoted three times my normal premium for this fraud. He found me a great deal.

I honestly have no idea how this insurance office has such high ratings. Twice I have reached out to get a quote once for my parents once for my husband and I and never heard back after speaking to Jeff. That's absolutely horrible customer service. Went to another agency had a policy signed the next day.

Slow responses and at times, have completely forgotten to email me back on several occasions. I've worked with them for many years and it's a consistant issue. And despite me being the policy holder, the one making the payments, and the one that contacts them when anything is needed, they refuse to actually communicate with me first, always contacting my father instead. It's probably sexism because they treat my sister the same way too. I don't recommend
