La Olsen Agency Inc American Family Insurance

I was a client for 25+ years, and always liked American Family. Unfortunately, rates became unreasonable. There may be a day that I come back to American Family Insurance, but it will NOT be through Lori Olson's office. I understand being disappointed when someone is leaving, but after 25 years I would have at least expected professionalism. No response to my emails to cancel home and auto for 3 weeks and then very curt, short, unprofessional responses. On top of which, cancelling renters insurance for our son, even though we had NOT requested that to be changed. Very disappointing after all this time.

Lori has always been a phone call away. I’ve been stranded along highways and had roadside service fast with her assistance. I highly recommend her agency for car, life whatever you need! I have for 8 years and have had ZERO hiccups.

Lori La Olsen is absolutely wonderful. I called with a problem with my Escrow, I didn't know where to get help. She stepped right up to help me because my agent was out of office. Excellent service. She told me what I needed to do, gave me phone information to call her back. Lori was right on it. Told me to call anytime if needed. She was also ahead of me too. Keeping me posted, faxing dec pages. And she's been calling me ,checking to make sure I'm on the ball, making sure my old Ins Agency is doing what they are supposed to do, What I need to tell them next. Keep in mind she doesnt have to help me so I go to her Agency, I'm already with her Agency. She is phenominal. And I have never in my life had insurance with someone who treated me as important as she has. You will not be sorry. Yo

Lori does a great job at keeping you up to date on changes or things you may be able to change in your policy to save a little money. She does yearly reviews with you as well. I highly recommend her.

My insurance needs frequently change, so any other agent might get annoyed with this, but not Lori, she is the best in the business. I refer all my friends and family to Lori. We have a long history and I trust her with all of my insurance needs.
