Combined Life

I have had Combine Life Insurance for 50 years. They have come horrible in service! I call to change beneficiaries and they say they will send me paperwork and never do. I go to their office and it’s empty with a hand written note on table that reads “they work from home”. Their website is horrible! Not the same company I started with. It’s a shame what they have become.

Recently had to help my elderly parent take care of some business. Yes, I had to navigate the automated customer prompts. However, after 10 minutes on wait time. A customer service rep. answered that I could easily understand and helped take care of my requests for service.

Called 741 am was told that no one is there and regular business hours and 730 to 5.

Combined Insurance has been through a lot of changes in recent history, as most companies have since COVID. I believe the changes they have made have really been for the better. They are not perfect like most companies but you can really see the progress they have made, working with a local agent can make all the difference in experience with this company.

Absolutely the worst, stay away. I have been a customer for 21 years, my benefits #s are good thats why I hate to leave. But when hurt and not able to work they are no help. Save your self trouble my job uses Aflac and everyone raves about them. Customer service lacking, always in hold, takes a long time to process and pay despite sending everything they asked for. App sucks have put in tickets zero resolution. Called today after no word for 2 weeks all my paperwork uploaded 23 pages that said that you for uploading are missing. No one knows. No one can help me. Waiting again on another call back after being on the phone for over 1 hour. 90% of that on hold between different departments. They take their money monthly with no problem but dont want to pay me when I am due. Dont sign up!!!! S
